Insuring Sustainability of the Coach Approach

 

  • We believe our partners internal leaders are the best people to deliver The Coach Approach Core Program. We have a robust train-the-trainer program that offers practice, observation, and ultimately certification to deliver The Coach Approach Core Program internally.

  • Coach Mentors are internal leaders who are committed to building The Coach Approach mindset and skillset into their daily leadership practice and to serving as mentors and champions of The Coach Approach to other members of their teams. This 8-month program includes individual coaching, monthly skill-development, and practice. Many of our Coach Mentors describe this program as a life-changing experience.

  • Learning Circles are monthly 60-minute opportunities to check-in with your community to discuss and practice The Coach Approach mindset and skillset. We provide the curriculum to start, and overtime we set the foundations for clients to take over the role to develop and host Learning Circles internally as they continue to focus on these efforts to shift the culture.

  • Webinars are 2-hour opportunities to learn more advanced programming from The Coach Approach without needing an additional program-days work. Sample topics include deeper dives into subjects covered by the Core Program, in addition to other subjects design to respond to the needs and interests of the clients. We blend content and conversation to ensure that participants come away with new content and practice.
