Transforming Systems

We partner with State systems that serve children and adults to promote systems change – from a “write-them-up” culture to a “listen-to-learn” culture. We work with our partners to promote policies that reward leaders who demonstrate The Coach Approach mindset and skillset. At the local level, we develop County Directors and County leadership to embed The Coach Approach in their daily interaction with each other and with the clients they serve.

What it looks like: more engagement in meetings, more presence, better listening, sincere curiosity about other perspectives, more encouragement and more questions – as well as more commitment and more accountability for results.


 
Pennsylvania has had an amazing opportunity to work with The Coach Approach Partners over the past two years to develop a sustainable coaching model to enhance our human services delivery system. Through the Coach Approach, we have trained over 290 people to strengthen their individual skills to lead with compassion, clarity and presence.
