Dr. MOnica McCall

There is a small segment of leaders in the nonprofit world who seem to be able to build relationships, support others with charm and finesse and have the ability to ‘gets things done”. Dr. Monica Y. Monica has more than 30 years of progressively responsible experiences directing over 300 employees with revenues in excess of $20 million. She has led nonprofit organizations through start up, survival, and growth modes.

Monica serves as the President of the Board of Directors of the Maryland Association of Community Services, and has been a keynote speaker at a number of MACs events. She co- chairs the Maryland Central Regions’ Complex and Challenging Behavior Coalition.
