Beth Greenland, PCC, is Principal of Greenland & Associates, a leadership coaching and organizational development consulting practice based in Towson, Maryland.
Since 1995, Beth has provided strategic planning, leadership training, learning culture development and facilitation services to public and private sector organizations, including MACs, Arc Baltimore, League for People with Disabilities, Unified Community Connections, Melwood, The Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust, InterAmerican Development Bank, Chesapeake Bay Foundation, World Wildlife Fund, and Kennedy Krieger Hospital, Most recently Beth has led the development of a coaching training program now in use by state child welfare systems across the US. She is a Cohort Co-Director and Learning Circle Advisor at the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program.
Beth holds a Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University. Beth volunteers as an end of life doula at a local hospice and serves on the Board of Companioning the Dying, a non-profit in the Washington DC area. She and her husband have two sons, one with a developmental disability who is served by Penn-Mar Human Services.
